yeah but this is new jersey f-body owners' association so i would gather that a streetcar on here would be street legal for any and all new jersey roads. but hey i don't even have something to turn the key in and go vrroooooom so im out! 8-)

if you want to go by jersey rules then greg has the fastest street car on the site, he still has all emissions and stock manifolds

If you want to bust balls then no cats = not street legal. Cats are a federal mandate. State laws don't matter at that level.
