Looks cool, but don't they make for a mess after awhile?

They usually aren't too bad unless you decide to add some blow-by ;)

Got my grill in today, the bumper is cut waaaay more than I thought. Even with brackets, the billet grill will still have a 2" or so inch border of nothing around it.

Back to drawing board.

Plan B... turbo & intercooler

Jersey Mike 01-04-2017 06:30 PM

Return the grille. Buy a bumper.

This is whats gunna happen. Grill was cheap enough that ill just resell on craigslist or here so i dont have to return it.

I will keep my eyes peeled for a NBM bumper to come up on a part out, and if i cant get one by the time the car is ready to rock (2023) ill just buy one and have my body shop spray it.

Racetronix has had a very bad run of pumps lately, I would avoid it man. My aeromotive stealth 340 in tank pump was great. You have to upgrade the wiring inside of the tank though, the hotwire kit does not replace that. Racetronix sells the wiring and bulkhead connector.

Google, its comparable to what you are looking at and it won't **** out on you....twice....your time is worth something too  Prob support a baby turbo

LS1ow 01-05-2017 05:12 PM

Not as expensive as I thought.

Even supports E85 for the inevitable turbo

Adam, do you remember which set up on the pump you got? Offset/Center/Ect

also, were you able to maintain the venturi system so i dont have to worry about running low and burning the pump ?

Any link to wire harness upgrade as well?

Also, spoke to racetronix via email with some question. Theyre saying that line of bad pumps is gone and it was do it being manufactured elsewere.

Not trying to sway you but did you expect a different response? "Yes we still have an issue with the pumps but you should be good to go."

If you do buy, just be careful who is selling. No telling if there is bad product still on someone's shelf ready to ship.
