the scoop is bigger? maybe its more potent too. i gotta try that stuff after i get off of ephedrine

LTb1ow 07-11-2009 12:09 PM

IDK, I did one scoop and eh, I will try two scoops next time.

madness410 07-11-2009 02:13 PM

im assuming you have to let your body work its way into it and adapt. keep me updated on how that black powder goes i may try it as my next supplement

LTb1ow 07-11-2009 02:15 PM

Yea, and I weigh about 205 so I would assume the one scoop is just a general starting point for all body weights... it says no more than 3 scoops in a 24 hour period.

Most of this **** will kill you. Just a question of how fast.

LTb1ow 07-12-2009 09:11 PM

I prob asked this before, but not sure of it, I do not need to match NO supps with stacker products right?

WildBillyT 07-12-2009 09:11 PM

FYI, why you always should pay for quality:

LTb1ow 07-12-2009 09:21 PM

Blood and urine tests = good.

Permanent liver, kindey, and cardiovascular damage = bad

LTb1ow 07-12-2009 09:51 PM

So should I get tests?

madness410 07-12-2009 09:55 PM

bill out of curiosity which supplements do you take? i drink about one protein shake a day..

WildBillyT 07-13-2009 09:17 AM

Whey and a vitamin, Creatine every other month, joint supp as needed.

SNM- If you haven't, get a blood test at the very least. Make sure they test for ALT/AST liver enzymes.

LTb1ow 07-13-2009 09:31 AM

Ok, I will run that past the rents and see what they think.

How often in general would you recommend getting tested?

FIcamaroRE92 07-13-2009 09:32 AM

so what companies should we watch out for then..............

Do a search on FDA.gov on a company before you buy their stuff and see if there's anything shady about them. Most of the time you won't find anything.

Example:

http://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/Cons.../ucm152152.htm

EDIT- SNM was not reffering to that post. He was referring to one above it. I posted the FDA link here in case anyone happened to take any of those companies products.

SNM: You just want to make sure that you aren't really stressing your organs too much. Most supplements (if not all) are not tested that much for safety and/or haven't been around long enough for long-term effects to start showing up. ALT and AST are the liver enzymes that get elevated if your liver is under stress.

LTb1ow 07-13-2009 09:55 AM

Ok, you have me worried now Bill... lol

I will talk with my mom at lunch today and see if I can go in soon for some bloodwork.
