the scoop is bigger? maybe its more potent too. i gotta try that stuff after i get off of ephedrine
|
IDK, I did one scoop and eh, I will try two scoops next time.
|
im assuming you have to let your body work its way into it and adapt. keep me updated on how that black powder goes i may try it as my next supplement
|
Yea, and I weigh about 205 so I would assume the one scoop is just a general starting point for all body weights... it says no more than 3 scoops in a 24 hour period.

So should I get tests?
|
bill out of curiosity which supplements do you take? i drink about one protein shake a day..
|
Whey and a vitamin, Creatine every other month, joint supp as needed.
SNM- If you haven't, get a blood test at the very least. Make sure they test for ALT/AST liver enzymes. |
Ok, I will run that past the rents and see what they think.
How often in general would you recommend getting tested? |
so what companies should we watch out for then..............
|

Iam kinda lost here, but what do they have to do with the FDA investagation????????? |
Quote:
Example: http://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/Cons.../ucm152152.htm EDIT- SNM was not reffering to that post. He was referring to one above it. I posted the FDA link here in case anyone happened to take any of those companies products. SNM: You just want to make sure that you aren't really stressing your organs too much. Most supplements (if not all) are not tested that much for safety and/or haven't been around long enough for long-term effects to start showing up. ALT and AST are the liver enzymes that get elevated if your liver is under stress. |
Ok, you have me worried now Bill... lol
I will talk with my mom at lunch today and see if I can go in soon for some bloodwork. |
