are you talking about the 3500 recall? If so, it doesnt apply to my car, and havent gotten anything int he mail about it.
Only recall I had was something about the seat belt holder that could hold up the belt from being retracted or changed the location of how it...whatever it was a 5 min deal and the press feeds off it like it it could end your life.

this is true, at least in the countries that i have visited.

years ago i was working at radio shack and my boss was pakistani. i think that he told me gas there was somewhere around $3 / liter

At what point do Car companies roundhouse gas companies for killing thier sales? This goes to everyone from GM to Toyota, who are both unvailing their new, bigger, stronger, and better picks up and SUV's this year.

as for gas it wasnt too long ago when my wife had her 99 accent we could fill it up from E to F for less then $10 lol

When I first got my license the camaro was only $10 to fill. That was with 89 octane, it was like $11 or 12 with 94 8) . Ahh the good old days.

well the Camaro will be sitting awhile!! Getting 5 mpg on nothing less than 94 It would cost me a weeks pay just to fill it!!

Savage_Messiah 09-01-2005 11:52 AM

WHen i got my license/car in october 03 I could fill the tank for 20 bucks, last time i filled it was like 39, that was maybe... sat or sun I think. Scard to know what it is now... might have to go back tousing regular or at least mid grade

jesus...I was getting like 9-12mpg with all city driving in my Z before I wrecked it...I almost thank the lord I wrecked it looking back.

Well, most people in Pakistan prefer camels over cars, and their cars get like 60 MPG. Besides, why waste a full tank of gas if your just gonna go suicide bombing?

that's the excuse they're using. i ain't buying it. it's the same game they played in the '70s. oh, we can't keep up with demand! we have to raise the price! there is a gas shortage! ********.

record production the past three years and, like i said, profits in the millions of dollars per day. the hurricane happened at the right time for them. they were probably going to cap the price or lower it a bit, but they happened on a new excuse.

Dam, what's wrong with the LS1 to get that bad of gas mileage? I was averaging 17.5 mpg with my supercharged 93 Pace Car. It would pull down 26-28 mpg on the highway. But majority of my driving is local with never getting above 50 mph. Heck, I was averaging 11.5 mpg with the 454SS pickup.

foff667 09-01-2005 12:26 PM

very large cams, aftermarket heads, higher gearing, large converters...dunno what to tell ya...my drive to work was 2 miles at the time so it was like start the car drive for 10 mins, park the car....then i went home on my lunch and start over again so thats part of it. Your blower car for the most part still ran in vacuum so its as if you didnt even have the blower until you went wot.

You must be at least 15-years-old to obtain a moped license (Class F), but A moped license is not required if you already have a basic driver license, motorcycle license, or commercial driver license.

Anything over 80cc you need a motorcycle endorsement...

an owner from one of the local shell gas station came to my moms bank and said the gas prices overnight will jump to 4 bucks a gallon. i called BS, when she told me, but gassed up anyways. so its up to you if you believe it or not
