Is this a 3 day show? It says Aug 18th - 20th?

it is really jsut friday the 18th, island dragway will be hosting a camaro/firebird vs mustang racing event, and then the car show and competitive racing classes that are listed run on sunday the 20th.

I know I am being lazy about this, but what time do gates open on Sunday for the show? I am thinking about bringing up my 70 L-78 car to enter in the show.Also, anything about entry fees? Thanks........

Well I am NOT going if this damn rain is coming as expected! DAMN!

I truely did want to hook up with you dudes, but I'm anal with my Lucy and I aint taking her out in the rain. Sorry.

I do drive her but only under dry conditions.....

if you aren't gonna come and show you shoudl still come an watch for a while. maybe bring lots of pics of that beautiful car to make everyone else jealous :D
personally, i don't think we are goinna see any rain, maybe a sprinkle or two, but nothing that will stop the fun.

I'm not into making anyone jealous or showing off, honestly. However, I just know (it's my luck man...usually it's bad) that it's gonna look great and the moment I hit the pavement...BOOM!

I'll give it a shot if not for the very least of showing up and then bolt early.

No promises, but I will try. Wait a minute....there's a go-go bar minutes from Island that if need be I could park and then cover Ms. Lucy until the potential storm passes. Hmmmmmmm.....maybe I will show up. :-D
