I never said all magazines are biased. Just that one w/ the caddy vs cls.

As tim says.... real world is where its at.

car ----caddy cls55
msrp 51395 86600
engine 6L V8 5.5L v8 blown
hp 400 469
trans 6 speed 5 speed
tq 395 516
lbs 3509 4050
gear 373 265

I don't think a vette body has been all fiberglass since the end of the C3s in '82. I should have asked my uncle this weekend when I was at his place (proud owner of a rarely-driven '93 w/40th anniversary package).

Uh...
STS-V has a Supercharged 4.4 Northstar V8 that makes 469hp.
The CTS-V has the 6.0 that makes 400hp
Caddy>MB
1.1 liters smaller, and makes as much hp. And the SC 4.4 N* are handbuilt, right along side the LS7 at GM's Wixom plant.
....you were saying?

Brando56894 12-19-2005 02:29 PM

nice, hand built?

I love MB but they're losing their quality and their corner of the fast expensive car market.

The other companies are catching up and they're doing it fast. They're building cars that are either faster or just as fast for less and are probably more reliable.

I love MB but no thanks...
