Ok, the wheels are in motion and the loan has been applied for. The newest Camaro is a 1970 SS396/375 Camaro with #'s matching engine and GM of Canada documents. 1 of 600 made. It's not the original color and it has some non-stock stuff on it like Z28 wheels but I don't care for now. I've never had a 2nd gen car so I figured why not get the coolest one I can get! The money pit is getting deeper! And I will probably be eating PB&J or bologna sandwiches for the next 5 years!

yeah it is, check out the rest of the pictures, top right corner you can click previous/next picture theres a bunch car looks awesome

My plan is to drive it as is and not worry about putting it back to 100% stock for now. I'll see if I can find some of the correct parts for it but I'm not worried about putting them back on right away. With my luck it will turn into a $200K car and I'll be afraid to drive it as well!:roll:

Hmmm, never thought about that. I guess I need a rare, limited production 3rd gen to match the rareness of the other cars....
