The deal is not 100% completed, but we are starting to tell our clients, so I guess it's okay to make the news public! haha It should be a done deal within the next 2 weeks.

Roseland is a nice small town not much going on but good place to live. And besides you'd be moving up into North Jersey which we all know is better then any other section of New Jersey.
