meh I gotta say the more growing that happens, and the bigger our events and therefore the site's presence in the area becomes, the more we gotta clean it up a little for things such as hopes for magazine coverage, more growth and expansion, linked events with other clubs all around the region, etc.

plenty of big sites that have a good off topic section, and guess what? they're not pushing pro-nazi regime.

did someone force you to click yes on the user agreement or post here?

the changes implimented, much like 99% of the other changes that have been made over the last 2.5 years, are the result of requests and suggestions from the membership. we have been striving since day 1 to provide the best site possible that the most members possible will be comfortable participating in. if that does not agree with what you would like to see, i am sorry, but i don't intend to stop working to improve the club and the site just because something runs opposite your personal views.

Mike 02-05-2007 08:23 PM

nevermind

i didnt bother reading the nazi agreement, i just clicked yes 11ty billion times. and no no one is forcing me to post here but i do so a lot less now then i did before because this forum sucks now. every other post i make gets deleted, and for what? cuz i said s***, or f***?! please, take a deep breath you aren't that big to become the second Hitler..

Tsar 02-05-2007 09:38 PM

ohh yea feel free to delete

NJSPEEDER 02-05-2007 09:49 PM

any threads or posts of yours that have been deleted, you were contacted about. as best i can recall none of those actions had to do with language, it was the content that was in question.
i still don't see why or how we are in the wrong for applying the rules that you agreed to. i woudl suggest you go back and read the forum rules, if you would like to contnue participating we are happy to have you. if you think that not being allowed to swear any more is a reason to take your marbles and go home, that is your decision too.

BS the last then i was contacted about is when i told u u sucked and you were a nazi, u deleted it and aimed and told me if i have a problem with the way you run the forum i should talk to you. more of my posts have been deleted, so try again sir.

don't worry ill stop posting eventually i don't like being censored, and being told what i can or can not type.

ok /hijack

NJSPEEDER 02-06-2007 03:16 PM

when did i delete the post in question, i honestly don't recall what you are refering to.
i have, as you stated, contacted you asking that you discuss issues you have with me. so far the only response i have gotten is you whining on the board about being so horribly oppressed. if you feel your position is valid, provide supporting information. just whining about it doesn't do anything to validate your position

79CamaroDiva 02-06-2007 04:07 PM

those that pay for the site get to make the rules, whats so hard to understand about that? we are priviledged (sp) enough to have this site, but it doesnt come free, not even close. there's a lot of work outside of what is seen that goes into allowing the club to grow.. exposure to a demographic outside of 18-24 year old males is one one of the steps. in order to get more money from sponsors who aim to sell products OUTSIDE of that demographic means that we have to appeal to who they want to sell to. why would they give money to a club that is solely broke 20 year olds who still live at home and could make a penny cry?

cleaning up the board is simple marketing, and personally, i like the people here so a few new rules arent going to change the amount of time i spend here and it will probably bring in people who would otherwise not come to a board filled with mostly 'kids'

I still like the screen name SOW.
