Sorry to hear about your loss. Like others said use the lesson in life to help others. I speak from experiance after loosing a friend a little over twenty years ago. I have been involved in as much track sponored events as possible. Talking to young people who think they cant be hurt. Ther ar a lot of people to talk to on this site. Dont keep it in.
