No, they won't let you do that unless you get two spots. They spend more time strapping you down to the dyno then actually making pulls, so if they unstrapped you, rolled you off, waited for you to change tires, then rolled you back on....it would take awhile.

Would a dyno be too much stress on a car that's been sitting for a few months?

GP99GT 02-09-2007 04:15 PM

put fresh fluids in it and i dont see why not

The dyno is basically like making four highway blasts to redline from a low cruising rpm....

get those payments in before you get locked out :)

BonzoHansen 02-09-2007 11:59 PM

Is there a spectator fee?

NJSPEEDER 02-10-2007 12:02 AM

it is free to watch, we jsut need to know how many people are planning to attend so they can have enough food prepared :)

Jersey_TA 02-10-2007 02:08 AM

Well, I'm definitely out. I get off work that morning at 9 am, and have to go back into work at 9 pm. Adding this event to the long list of NJFBOA events that fall on my work days :(

Justin/Tim,

Would there be any problems with my running my truck? If not, I will send the $$ right away. Thanks

NJSPEEDER 02-10-2007 11:37 AM

yes, i talked to matt and they can dyno the diesel. there is an additional $25 fee for the set up because they have to do a few things differently and spend some extra time with it.
now the question is, will you get it tuned before then? lol

yup, send it to paypal @ njfboa.org :)

NJSPEEDER 02-11-2007 11:19 AM

remember everyone, your dyno spot is not reserved until payment is in. a number of people are saying they want to dyno, so get your money in before you get locked out.
