yep and ive had wild boar snake crocidile turtle elk moose bear iguana caribu and the list goes on also had lots of exotic meats from africa im willing to try just about anything once

a "steak" is a cut of meat..tuna steak, swordfish steak, beef tenderloin (filet mingon) steak...

beef- 8oz filet rubbed with salt, pepper, olive oil. grilled med rare..pat of butter on top..sex in your mouth

veal saltimbocca- just awesome- sauteed scallopine of veal with proscucttio, marsala wine and veal stock..second best

tuna- rubbed with salt, pepper, seasame seeds, pan seared.. still cool in the middle.
