Wow Matt, sorry to hear about everything. I hope your grandparents are alright, I'm sure they'll heal up fine. Sounds and looks like it was quite a wreck though. Just remember to be thankful for what and who you've still got. Try to look at it in a postive light that they are okay. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. You'll have good times up ahead.
When you start feeling upset about something, go find a hobby that makes you feel better, whether that be music or working on a personal project or hanging out with your best friends. Sometimes it helps to talk with people, just remember to keep your problems away and under wraps from insensitive pricks along the way.
And remember: No one's problems are lesser or bigger than your's. It all depends on how either you or they choose to view it. There are certainly great tradgedies in life, all the way down to things as trivial as a fly in your water, but grant sympathy only where it's deserved, shrug off what is overcomable, and remain modest in your need for condolence. The greatest solace is found in one's self, and bitterness delays healing.
Chin Up, everything will work itself out if you want it to.
