No. Lukoil bought Exxon/Mobile if I'm remembering correctly. that's why you're seeing less Exxon and Mobile stations and more Lukoil stations.

Exxon/Mobil got bought/merged with Conoco Phillips years ago. Then they sold off some pieces of the company in certain regions. Lukoil bought the vast majority of Mobil stations in NJ, PA, and some other states.

I've noticed that all Exxons are now Lukoil and all Mobil are all Volero now. It's a conspiracy!

The only Exxon stations that would have switched to Lukoil branding in this state are those that had contracts expire and signed with the other company. There was no mass move from Exxon to Lukoil.

Same thing goes for Mobil to Valero in NJ.
