as far as I can tell, my jeep is okay.

I'm pretty sure that mine is totaled. I haven't talked to the adjuster yet, but I got a call yesterday from the "Total Loss" department at Progressive asking if I needed assistance in finding a replacement vehicle. They said that 9 out of 10 times if they get a file about an accident, then the car is totaled :cry:

There is a pretty good chance that I'll be buying it back, either to fix it, or sell as is. I don't have time/space to part it out, otherwise I would, because it was in pretty nice shape overall.

damn man....its good every ones alright...but could you have ran into some thing bigger and more expensive lol

If I bought it back, it would just be to possibly grab a few small things from it, and sell as a whole. No time to rebuild or part out. Since it's so close, I'm gonna see if my uncle would pick it up with his dolly and take it back to his place or my grandparent's farm (won't be in the way at either place).

Still haven't actually talked to the adjuster though, so I dunno what all the dollar figures will work out too.

The repair bill on it would have been $3,682 :shock:

I already found another '96 4 door that's for sale down by the shore, only 87k miles. Waiting to hear back for some more info about it....

did they really feel the need to mark the parts that would have needed to be replaced... lol

This entire month was a bad month for accidents... some clown backed into my parked car, AGAIN. couldnt be any more of a perfect time than a week or so before I was to TRADE MY CAR IN ... altho this time, the damage is worse.

Glad everyone is ok. Im trying to picture where main street in newton is. I kinda know Newton roads pretty well.
