[hijack]Honestly, I've seen monkey crap fights at the zoo that were more organized than the campaigns for the 2008 election.[/hijack]

The 2008 campaigns started way too early. Most people are already sick of all the candidates. Whoever takes office will probably be someone who enters the campaign race later in the game.

I doubt it.

Rudy vs Hilliary and God help us if the latter one wins.

It's possible. Fred Thompson hasn't officially announced or gotten into the race yet. But a lot of people believe once he enters he's likely to have more party support than Rudy.

If Hillary wins, I don't know what I'd do...it's a scary thought.

the democrats coudl write a book about how to completely blow an election and make the republicans look good.
Step1: allow 17 people to enter your primaries.
Step2: allow them to campaign on topics ranging from how little you know about them to how much the other candidates suck
Step3: all rally around one of the hundreds of issues facing the country, 16 on one side and 1 on the other. the issue, Iraq, the only person who says we need to follwo through, McCain
Step4: in a cry baby display, take your own parties biggest bill off of the floor from a potential vote when it include little things like body armor for troops, money for the military widowers fund, a time table for troop withdrawal, salary increases for military in combat areas, and several other easy popularity dragging issues.
Step5: Watch the approval rating of the president that everyone is so down on double with in a 3 month period AT THE END OF HIS TERM!!! when no president ever gets an increase in approval

i don't suscribe to any particular political party. i just can't imagine with the billions in research and bribes these peopel have at their disposal there is any way they coudl possibly make a bigger mess of things though.
they won the mid term elections in aland slide with a lot of knee jerk voting by people who blame the republicans for eveything. needless to say, the results since have been underwhelming.

if al-gore is so concerned about "global warming" he should start by moving into a log cabin in the woods, his private home energy bill is over 5g's a month. and if robert kennedy jr is so concerned about the environment and global warming, why is he trying to stop a wind farm from being constructed in hyannis port, MA?

wind is natural and renewable. i guess it would be to easy
