No, she has black Z06 rims on the car. That's what Brandon was talking about. She will have the welds on though. 8-)

I AM STOCK-ISSHHH! I had drag radials on the V6...not to mention the skinnies 8-)
My first 2 runs at the track will be on DR's only. Tim's got an advantage on me n e ways....i've NEVER raced stick!! I'm still determined to beat his first 2 runs though :) As my car sits in the garage now...is how she will go to the track

Basically I need a 3.42 or 3.73 rear and better tires, she came of the line like a log. Got it to hook once and pulled a 2.1 and spun every other time

is that a 350 car or a 305 car?

My car stock 305 auto 2.73 ran a 14.9@90 w/ 2.067 60' on street tires with 32 psi in em...youve still got some room to go for not doing too bad for a 3rd gen. if you are spinning so bad off the line you are being wayy too aggressive with the gas pedal. I'll tell you what Justin told me, launch at 1100-1200 and roll into full throttle.

bubba428 10-22-2007 08:33 PM

I was gonna try that this friday. but I might be going with a 3.42 and wider tires
