just talked to my attorney, if i pay 300 cash at the court i can get it lowered to 2 points instead of 4, 7% raise on my insurance instead of 15% and one charge of 300 instead of 3...so id be spending about 800 bucks instead of like 1200. and id have 2 less points.

i got pulled over like last month, for absolutely nothing. i was on rt 46 out here and 2 chargers pulled me over. it was like 11:45 and they were bored i guess and decided to pull me over. i guess they wanted to see if i would run. they just wanted to check out my car. they coulda gave me a ticket for inspection but they were cool and i think the shield helped me

WayFast84 10-21-2007 05:59 PM

let me get this right. YOU broke the law and because he did his job he's a dick? k champ.

Ohh and btw no one cares that its downhill, you can more then one pedal in your car for a reason.

Mike 10-21-2007 07:01 PM

64 in a 45 isnt a concidence, its the "dick" cop cutting you a break. if he gave you a ticket for 65+ in a 45 it would be a much more severe penalty

stop driving like a *******

um... why? i've gotten 73 in a 45 before (he didn't knock it down to 73 that's the speed i was actually going). doesnt the bad stuff happen only when you get 30 over not 20. at least thats the impression that i got from my prosecutor.

Slo86Bird 10-21-2007 07:19 PM

19 over is a 4 point ticket. no insurance will get yer license taken away and i was surprised they didnt impound the car right then n there.

Featherburner 10-21-2007 07:24 PM

Do you just have an outdated card or, do you not have insurance?

Slo86Bird 10-21-2007 07:33 PM

i looked today, we payed for it but they cancelled it for some reason and the card was outdated. so idk what they found.

 i payed 185 for 28 over. no lawyer. my insurance is still 72 bucks a month.

Slo86Bird 10-21-2007 07:43 PM

thats just what the guy said. it prolly will be more now that i got pulled over again.

Mike 10-21-2007 07:49 PM

well if thats how you think you should be driving, maybe its good for everyone else that you may lose the lisence for a bit

Slo86Bird 10-21-2007 07:51 PM

So the policy is still in effect, but they just canceled the insurance on your car?
