White, blacked out with gold wheels with a huge dish

Blacdout96 03-11-2008 04:47 PM

It better come with a small spoiler inteh rear, It liooks disgusting without one. and the chrome's gotta leavethe taillights, especially on a black car. The photoshop of the front grille, I absoluetly love, and I hope that they will make that, or a company will one day.

I'm digging the hideaway grill look too

SteveR 03-11-2008 08:07 PM

I like the white :D A nice cowl hood would look sick on there.

GREZ28 03-11-2008 08:22 PM

Me like!

Savage_Messiah 03-12-2008 02:26 AM

I agree on the need of a spoiler, and on making the brake vents functional (maybe on top model? Not about to start up z28 vs. ss again ), but I'm diggin the chrome on the tails

BigAls87Z28 03-12-2008 08:19 AM

I also like the chrome around the tails. In fact, Id like to see the return of chrome or bright trim around the windows!!!!
Not only for a retro look, but for just a more luxurious look.
I can see several visual mods already.
Chrome rings around tails could be turned into a CF or Polished metalic ring
Hide-a-way headlights
Billet Grill inserts
Clear corners
Scoop inserts

So is that what they are supposed to be?

BigAls87Z28 03-12-2008 01:21 PM

Its possible that on top level Camaro the vents will be functional like on the Z06/ZR1.

I looked up the price of the 275/40-20 Pirelli's....PZero Rosso's 396 bucks a pop at work.

At least it's a cool number, though.

ar0ck 03-12-2008 02:45 PM

How much for 315's? That would be the first mod for me, new black wheels with a polished lip.

BigAls87Z28 03-13-2008 06:43 PM

315/35-20's probably...shesh man thats gunna be thin.

SteveR 03-13-2008 06:49 PM

Gimme a good set of Pilots anyday....

I looked around to see what else we would carry, and since the overall diameter is gunna be something like 28 inches, there are mostly sport truck tires...so the first year or so its gunna be a pain to get tires for this thing.

28 inch tires... well, at least we know a set of 28x10.5x15s should fit.

Yea, as soon as you pull a Bubba and ditch the rear brakes!

- Justin

BigAls87Z28 03-14-2008 03:45 PM

Yeah, good luck getting a set of 15 inch wheels over 12.5 inch rear brakes.

I too despise the tarantula-eyes headlights...

it's evolving to look too much like a 2 door CTS :(

JESUS ****ING ****

I ****ing love it, every ****ing time these concepts are posted, people PUT REMINDERS THAT THESE ARE GOD DAMN PARTS BIN HEADLIGHTS AND NOTHING NEAR PRODUCTION, THEY ARE JUST THROWN ON THERE TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT ILLUMINATES, and people will still judge the car by ****ing headlights that OFFICIALLY WILL NOT BE WHAT'S ON THE PRODUCTION CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

****!!!

BigAls87Z28 03-15-2008 04:24 PM

I blew a gasket too.
Its gotten so bad on GMI, that I made a PSA to talk about preproduction cars.
Someone even made a .gif that says "These are not the production headlights!" with a smilie guy pointing to the front of the Camaro.
