Who's bone stock vette ran 12.40s.......what year? 6 spd. or auto?

My bad....he's 12.6. For some reason I had 12.4 stuck in my head. Congrats JerseyTA.

Uhhh j0n's is a stick. he's gone as fast as low 12.4s with just DR's and a chumma tune. After 2 times out.

j0n's vette is a 6 speed also.

and it was tuned, and on sticky tires

12.40s....very impressive, sounds like he can drive, some of the 6 spd. cars can be sneaky fast, anyone know his 60 fts.....mph?

j0n was on a tire and a tune. I was on stock run flats with an intake and tune. 6 speeds do typically run .4-5 faster than an auto out of the box. Besides j0n ran that in 40 degree weather. It was 75 tuesday when I went to the track. My car's got 12.2-3s in it in that weather.

Exactley what I was thinking Rob that it had to be in the fall and that the 6 spds. can be faster, or that the car can be a freak. (since I know what that feels like, shamless plug ha ha). Given the same air and da i know your car will see 12.20s. I was just curious hearing about Jons car so thats why I added to the post. And Bill is that ask and shall receive suppose to be a clip....it didn't open?

Now that I think of it he also has Fastbirds linelock kit. Not sure if that helped his et or not.

Thanx Rob, another nice vette. Hey weren't the frc's lighter than the reg vettes? Hmmmmm a coulple hundred lbs. good for a few tenths.

They are lighter, but I think by only 1-2 hunderd pounds.
