cause people like you vote for your own car and other people dont want to be bothered with silly nonsense like that.

and before anyone says it, ive voted for my own car before. because i felt i had the best picture. but to each his own i guess right?

please there is more nonsense then that with this COTM crap. i'm over it. so Obama and McCain are supposed to vote for each other? maybe it should be a private pole.

Private pole or private poll? Two completely different meanings there

I agree. No reason to blame someone for voting for their own vehicle - hell, if I were to enter my Diesel truck in here, damn straight I'd vote for it. 3' dent and all.

HOTT YES!! i have a pole that some chicks tried to dance on a few weeks ago, but it was too big for them to grip.....oh that can be interpreted a few different ways hahaha

Mulletbird 10-01-2008 10:19 PM

We had one in the fraternity, until some whiney bitch got it removed. Not gonna name names. And the girls at the college had no time getting a good grip on that pole, it might've been narrow, but damn that pole was long.

lol'ing at the multiple meanings.

back on topic, I stand by my above statement. Besides, it's fair - each person in the poll (or is it on the pole) gets one vote from themselves, not like it's cheating or anything - evens itself out. If we were talking about someone (say, a member on LS1Tech - not that they'd do this, but just picking a random forum) who joins here, enters, and then tells all their friends on LS1Tech to vote for them, and all of them then join up here and vote, that'd be a bit unfair, and I'd understand complaining about that. But imo people should be allowed to vote for themselves - not like you'd win just by voting for yourself, hell, the current leader is in the lead by 22 votes at current count, with 54% of the popular. By getting one vote for yourself, that does not in any way effect the competition. Now, if you join, then vote for someone else, or elect to not vote for yourself, that's your perogative. I say keep it the way it is... not changing the outcome.
