So you are looking for an 11.50 bracket race then.. If you go 11.49 and win you still loose the $$..

are you looking to run slow z or are you trying to add stips to this race? From what I understand there was a race agreed on and final arrangements haven't been made yet.

JSPERFORMANCE 06-09-2009 07:48 PM

Just trying to be clear as to what kind of race this will be. If niether car is gonna be allowed to have a roll bar than niether should be able to go 11.49. Really not sure why else he would want to run "anything without a roll bar in it".

Sure I would like in but you guys couldn't afford it.

Twisted Minds Racing 06-09-2009 07:52 PM

I dont have a lot of time to checking in on the boards but im all in for both races mabe will set up 2 one on motor no Bottles in either car and a botttle to bottle run. Thats if we dont get the boot first.

It will be fun i love rowing a 6 speed against Autos.
Thats what driving's all about!

Hay if a sponsor is showing interest in this little rivalry mabe they be willing to up the anti

Mike 06-09-2009 08:19 PM

its funny that he wants to race "any car without a cage", when the guy he called out has a cage in the car in his sig

sweetbmxrider 06-09-2009 08:22 PM

yeah i was pondering that one too....

Twisted Minds Racing 06-09-2009 08:42 PM

Guys the car in my sig is my own the one being raced is a customer's/friend of mine.

Trust me when the one in my sig is complete he wont want to come anywhere near it.

Ok, let's clarify: I'll line up with anyone off this site that has a true daily driver type street car. Daily driver type street cars typically do not have roll bars in them - If you disagree with this, go to any mall parking lot, walk around, and tell me how many cars have bars in them

and about that 11.50 race, I'll take ya up on that... We can both show up at the track and run without making a test pass beforehand and we'll see who runs quickest without going faster than 11.50  Just bring a street car with no fancy bracket racing electronics.

It's not my only car but I drive it pretty much everywhere. I've put 7,000 miles on it in the past 11 months, drove it to Ocean City MD and back in the pouring rain, I even drive it in the snow just to be funny.

Also I've owned my car for over 8 years and it's never once been on a trailer for any reason. If it breaks it always makes it home under it's own power.

Mike 06-10-2009 12:27 PM

and it legally passes nj inspection?
