Chocodiles
 

Yep I remember buying these when I was about 11 or 12 years old. It's basically a twinkie with a chocolate coating these were pretty darn good. Me and my buddies used to buy a pack and wash them down with chocolate milk, good stuff. I think they still sell em in California.

Chocodiles were popular in the mid to late 70's, maybe into the early 80's on the east coast. Then they discontinued them here who knows why poor sales maybe.

I remember them, but did not like them. I was a suzy-q and cupcake guy. We had a hostess shop right down the street so we got a lot of hostess stuff.

Not as old as you. Plus I got most of my hostess cards years after they were issued. Probably from a crotchety old guy like you.

Im 44 and I remember the hostess baseball cards.Might even still have some of them packed away in boxes.

I feel much better that there are a couple of us old people that know of these :rofl:
