I'll be trying it out tonight. From all the stuff i've powder coated so far, the powder seems to stick to anything once its statically charged. So i'll be trying it out on the coil packs without water first. I tested a few coil packs in the oven for triple the amount of time it takes to bake the powder on then I put the coil pack back on my car and it worked without any issue.

Yes we can do yellow metallic and as long as the wheels don't exceed 18" outside diameter.

Lugnuts will be $25.00 for a complete set of them.
Yes, 17" wheels are really about 18.5" in diameter so we can't do them right now with the oven we have. Once we get some volume, we'll definitely be investing in a bigger oven.

I was actually about to run out to pick up some high-temp paint today, (within the hour, actually). If the price isn't too much more, I'll powdercoat them--could you PM me a ballpark figure right now?
