Ahahah..
When I went to go see my friend who has the Hydrogen Equinox, we pulled up next to a Prius, pointed and laughed. We then made a comment about how their car was destroying the environment. uber-smug! |

If my commute was less than 20 miles, I would say it is worth it. There is nothing more obnoxious to me than stopping at a gas station. Being able to just plug in when I arrive home at night is a huge plus. Having a weekend car with power would solve the fun to drive issue.
I still choose to stay with the greenest option, not throwing out my car and buying a new one. I think people forget how much crap goes into the environment when scrapping an old car and producing a new one. |

Gotta love an almost 50% markup.
And since when is 45,000 cars in 2011 "very low production"? I could see that statement making since if it was 4,500 cars. - Justin |
Corvette will be the only car GM makes that will be produced in smaller numbers. Its very small when compared to say Camaro selling at 100k units.

Ugh....I guess it just stems from my frustration at dealers who do this sort of thing. One one hand, if they can find idiots who will pay that amount for one, good for them. But I hear people say all the time (even now) that they aren't buying a new Camaro because they went to a dealer and it was marked well above MSRP, so they just assumed that the rest of the dealerships around will be doing the same thing - and that kind of thinking hurts sales. - Justin |
Well there is very little GM or anyone can do about it sad to say. And with its very limited availability its gunna make it harder to find. People were paying 10K over for Priui.

**** it, you get some stupid rich cali people in your dealership that want to save the green so make em spend more green :)
