as the situation stands right now... they'll give me 1600 for the bimmer and i can give it to the junk yard for 300 ... but they still havent told us if i was at any partial fault... which i shouldnt be and the police report actually says "the driver of vehilcle 1 is clearly at fault"

but hey we all know my luck by now...

UPDATE: dunno if anyone cares but they gave me 1600 for the bimmer and payed for all the towing and storage feees.

still out of a daily driver tho

sorry about your bmw a friend of mine has a bmw for sale its a 94 328 black 6 cyl 5 speed with a exhaust she had it up on craigslist for 2700 i think she will take 2300
