Yeah thats true but when the time comes that its worth real money I bet the correct restoration would be more than possible.

Just like how 25 years ago I bet there were plenty of people who said "Wtf do you mean your looking for the correct thickness and width washer for the radiator on a 65 vette, are you insane?"

The survivor will pull more $ than a restored car in the future.

You laugh but an original late 80's to early 90's Civic Si will probably be worth a decent amount in the coming years. Along with the CRX and such... Nobody thought these 60's muscle cars would be worth anything either.

Time will tell. There are plenty of cars from the '60s that aren't worth a whole lot. Just a select few made it. Typically the stuff that had character or was way out there. The Civic Si only has character to kids. That's a big hinderance.

Exactly. Just like you said before. Theyre only original once.

Comparing a GTA to a run-of-the-mill honda isn't exactly comparing apples to apples. But still, you never know what will happen.

It's annoying that some of the 4th gen guys are quick to rip apart 3rd gens. Do they really realize how much a 4th gen has in common with a 3rd? They really aren't all that different. The 3rd and 4th generation are the most closely related of all 5.

Hmmm If it was a TTA would it be just a thirdgen with 600 miles?

Anyone remember that 91 1le camaro with 78 miles that sold for like 40 k?
