Welcome. I was in the Navy for 9 yrs stationed in Virginia beach. Moved back to Jersey because I missed it so much. I have a 4 yr old as well and she is going to my old grade school which is weird..

If I do get the Job I will not be moving around where my old grade school was. Greenwood Elementary, Ghetto area now. I will be looking around the Yardville/Groveville area. Or my just stick with around Mcguire AFB, not sure yet. Still waiting for the interview

Have you been using the Military head hunters to find a job? Thats how I got mine up here as a engineer. Also you can try www.indeed.com . Its nerve wrecking at first but once u get a job it is very relaxing not having to worry about being on active duty anymore. Good luck..

Is that for civilian jobs? Im looking for an AGR or technician job with the ANG. Preferably AGR so they pay for me to move and I have the retirement at 20.

The job I got they paid to move me. Just had to ask for it when I got hired. You would be surprised on how much benifits companies give to prior service members..

I work at Honeywell for my civilian job now. They paid me 7 paychecks while I was on AD "training" orders for 4 1/2 months. I know some of the benefits that companies out there give. I just want to go back to AD and get the retirement. Well, let me rephrase that, I want to go back to AD and serve my country until I can retire. Then get a decent job while collecting said retirement.
