This one and the black one have both been discussed at long length. Neither has convinced any of the big guys, and here's what's against them:
1.) Suffix codes are for Chevelles. There isn't one for Novas. 2.) Heads are 074s which are supposedly not right and GM didn't make a piston for it. Open chamber heads on a closed chamber short block. 3.) No documentation anywhere about them existing at any time. Production numbers given for them are mistakes and they represent the Camaro #'s. 4.) Plant manager from Tonawanda during the build time has come out and said "NO, we never built that engine for a Nova". 5.) VINs are sketchy on the pad |
Very interesting. Just people trying to make big bucks off a car. My nova came off the showroom with a sbc and a t56..very rare lol
