The more crap they can install into these new cars, the less we can depend on our own senses to be FULLY aware of our surroundings.

Ed, the Bentley he was delivering installed a box in a GTR? Did you mean the customer of a GTR had a black box installed?

Either way, 130 in a customer's car is bad news. Doesn't matter if it's an Elantra or a Huayra.

Ed works for a fleet company that gives cars out to journalists. The tracking device was most likely put in by Nissan so that journalists do not destroy the car. If the fleet company who is entrusted to handle the cars is abusing them before they even get to the people that will make a judgement call about the vehicle, then that is grounds for them to get fired

If your building cars I will buy from you.

...I do love heated seats though too.

I was thinking about this and kinda find it funny. Back in the day, power steering, power brakes, rear defrosters, radios, seat belts, and a plethora of other now standard equipment were options back in the day. Sure, its a little different compared to the technology we are looking at here but at the same time it was probably held in a similar light.

^^add radial tires to your list.

I told the smug GM guy the one button/technology the (then) new 5th gen really needed. Let's see if anyone remembers that conversation lol.

Car companies should just make PT cars and it should be a free for all.
