yeah i tried creatine, black power, some other stuff. I hate it! a good diet and whey protein and gatorade poweder works well for me

I am a fan on this new stuff. Seems to work well, no side effects and it take like the three huge scoops of SP250/NOexplod etc.

No, I was at 2 scoops.

But the new stuff is I guess a concentrate, so the scoop is like a tablespoon versus like a 1/3 cup ... lol
