yea...will you be running DRs? if not, say hello to tire spin and 15 seconds slips

bubba428 06-14-2007 08:03 PM

doenst work like that lol....an upgrade at 14s is gonna help more than an up grade at 13.5...and you can't really say going from 3.42 to 3.73 is gonna drop 5 tenths

Camvill 06-14-2007 08:10 PM

i have 3.23's right now

bubba428 06-14-2007 08:12 PM

I'f its a stock posi rear it should be 3.42....unless the Z-28s had 3.23s posi

There's nothing wrong with an A4..especially if it's built right.

personal preference...I just have it in opinion that the 4L60E is a crappy trans

Frosty 06-14-2007 08:57 PM

They can be built just fine...

bubba428 06-14-2007 08:59 PM

I'm not arguing that lol...I've seen some really nice built ones...but factory...i'll take an M5 or M6 any day

Dude, all you ever rave about is how your 3.4 with a T5 is so awesome, even in its disabled and disassembled condition. Then since other people don't have a manual like you, they suck?

I'm happy with my L98 and A4.

GP99GT 06-14-2007 09:06 PM

T5's are the best trans ever...

except they cant hold up to a stock L98 and barely hold a ford 302

Frosty 06-14-2007 09:07 PM

 Hey, at least you can act cool by shifting gears for the little time it lasts

Yeah, go figure. I don't think it's stock though.
