first it was the twin towers coming down that made a sharp spike in the gas prices.

then it was the war in afghanistan.

then it was the was in iraq.

now they're blaming it on the hurricane.

when will they run out of excuses to gouge?

Heard on the radio today someone made a parody of the Bud Light real men of genius songs. Went something like.... "Today we salute you, mr. gas price gas price gouger. We see a disaster, you see a way to rip us off for more money" Forget the actual words but you get the idea.

I haven't put gas in my truck or car at all this week. My car has a 1/4 tank as well as my truck. I just filled up my bike on my lunch break, 10 bucks!! 2.7 gallons it took. It holds 4.1 total. And all the place had left was 93 octane.

I roughly am getting 41 MPG city driving. So, my ass will be planted on that thing as much as i can. Weather looks good for the next few days, and if it doesn't then i luckly work less then 2 miles from my house.
