Haha, so does a supercharger that bolts to the motor count? Just kidding, I see what you are saying.

Ask Jerry Eckman...

Savage_Messiah 07-09-2007 12:18 PM

There is just about nothing at all that's not a bolt on. Think about it.

12secondv6 07-09-2007 12:43 PM

Glue?
Epoxy?
Pour gasoline on it.... light it on fire.... *****.... that's me

Savage_Messiah 07-09-2007 01:34 PM

Yeah, I'd probably use duct tape myself.

I would use zip ties..

this brings me to another question.

Isnt a camshaft an internal?

Because people make BS catch phrases about modifications, like bolt on only, phase I, heads/cam, stage II, blah blah blah.

As stated above- technically you bolt on things like superchargers, nitrous, heavy duty rear axles, heads, intakes, and all that.

a "bolt on" f-body is a stock internal naturally asperated motor. you are allowed to change rears, suspensions, transmissions, intake manifolds, throttlebodys, any accessories, electric water pump etc.

I think I need to start automatically closing polls after 2 weeks or something like that. I'm pretty sure there is a way to do that.
