pff you think you got worries......Roddy White vs the best corner in the game Revis......boooo. as for the mannings.....pff....even if they do sit peyton itll only be after he throws like 3tds and 300 yards. goddamn peyton manning.

cdacda13 12-20-2009 05:19 PM

Well, so far, so good.

NastyEllEssWon 12-20-2009 06:32 PM

my team took a big dump today. its cool though....it took 3 straight wins just to get there. the only thing that can save my day is AP and the Giants taking a crap and Fred Davis wiping up with the remains

Mike 12-20-2009 06:37 PM

Fell just short. If I had Barber in, I would have made it. It is nice though when your entire team, finally, has a great day. Hopefully they all do it again next week.

NastyEllEssWon 12-22-2009 03:40 AM

congrats to hctc and donuts n glory for moving onto the last game. 8 points too short....left some points on the bench but so did he....well worth my 20 bucks for entertainment

Thanks, Nasty. That was a good game. Very close.

HCTC, may the best team win this week.

anyone wanna set up a league for next year but instead of this scoring system have a more traditional setup? like qb, wr,wr,flex,rb,rb,te,k,d. there was a few times when starting 3 running backs couldve went a long way

cdacda13 12-27-2009 07:24 PM

Dear Mr Favre,
Please keep changing the play to a pass!

Sincerely,
Here Comes the Champ

NastyEllEssWon 12-27-2009 09:38 PM

cdacda13 12-28-2009 11:01 PM

You couldn't ask for a better championship game though. Congrats to Donuts n glory. PM me your paypal addy.

LS1Hawk 12-28-2009 11:10 PM

HOLY ****! I can't believe it. Man what a nail-biting finish. I really thought you were going to go back-to-back with the league. Came down to the championship resting on the shoulders of my #1 draft pick and he came through. Great game, man.

PM sent.

NastyEllEssWon 12-28-2009 11:13 PM

Yeah, tell me about. If the game didn't go into overtime tonight, I would have won. Those last two points (Peterson was at 24 at the end of the game) came on a catch and 12 yard run. It was followed by a fumble.

Thanks, Noah. Starting the season 0-2 I never thought I'd make it this far.

Yeah, it was tied for awhile 113-113. Thought we might finish with a tie breaker, but not sure how it would be decided, by who has the most wins or the most points for the season.

RiggsLW81 12-28-2009 11:23 PM

wow. one fu<kin point! im a bears fan so i was definately into the game...checked the fantasy league and saw it was a nailbiter! didnt think peterson would come thru but he did... for Donuts N Glory AND the bears!!!! lol.

cdacda13 12-28-2009 11:42 PM

Well, with this season in the books, who is ready for next year?

Everyone willing to come back and play again?
Scoring system changes?
Anyone wants to do a keeper league?
Any other gripes or complaints about this season played out, or how I did my job?

NastyEllEssWon 12-29-2009 12:44 AM

ill play again. if anyone comes back from this year i would also like to say if your gonna give up on your team a few games into the season then dont play at all. honestly.

as far as scoring system i like it...but i would like the addition of a flex slot like a few other leagues ive seen.

keepers....since this is my first league ever im not sure how that works....anyone wanna break it down?

Basically, you pick a certain amount of players you want to keep on next years team. (Number is limited) By keeping that player, you lose the pick you have in the round he was picked in the previous year.
Example: LS1hawk will keep Adrian Peterson, therefore he loses next years first round pick.

NastyEllEssWon 12-29-2009 01:33 AM

what about people that you traded for? or picked up in waivers?

Mike 12-29-2009 06:45 AM

a waiver pickup counts as a LAST round pick, and if you traded for someone they count for they round they were picked in

Yes I would be down for keepers. And yes, I would keep Peterson  However, for the guys that we keep, are they automatically on our team before the draft starts? Or are they just left free in the draft for that manager to pick up and no one else touches them?
