A 2 car detached garage, flat roof, concrete block construction...
The back wall is pushing it, its cracked and failing due to improper drainage from the property behind it. The ground level is 1/2 way up the back wayy and theres no way for water to drain from that area so the "mud" is pressing on the garage and caving in the wall. It needs a full rebuild of the back of the garage, excavation and everything.
