You link shows nothing that it was unprovoked. From your own link:

"This does not reflect a capacity that was built up after 1991," the official said, adding the munitions "are not the WMDs this country and the rest of the world believed Iraq had, and not the WMDs for which this country went to war."
Regardless, OK, so they had some chemical weapons. It was still unprovoked, go back to 2nd grade and pick up a dictionary. Show me where Iraq threatened us; and show me the Iraq-9/11 link and I'll shut up.

Seriously though, I wouldn't doubt there being a serious issue in the south with obama...the only reason white dems are voting for him is cause Hillary is the anti-Christ

i just call 'em like i see 'em... to hell with political-correctness. too many people are afraid to speak their minds. i've had it with the people who act like sheep. just as stupid as to follow the one ahead of them off the cliff.

John, i hate to break your heart but that's a clip of a video game.

BigAls87Z28 02-15-2008 04:33 PM

ahahahah...yes it is.
Call of Duty 4. I forget teh name of the level...but I love using the 105mm and watching bodies fly!!!

BigAls87Z28 02-15-2008 04:39 PM

Remember 9/11? Yeah, just a little bit.
I dont remember anyone of the Iraqi National Guard being on board of any of the planes? I dont remember Saddam getting up in front of teh world and laying claim? I dont think that out of the 4 planes, not a single Iraqi person was on it.
Osama is a Saudi. Most of the people on the planes were Saudi. Will we go into Saudi, and march our army into Ryiad? Can we topple the Shiek?
Osama's money is sourced from Saudi oil.
But we went into Iraq.

Hillary isnt the best candidate, but she sure as hell isnt the worst. Our country would be so lucky to have someone like her in office.
My vote is McCain and Hillary.

Frosty 02-15-2008 04:46 PM

The issue of us being in Iraq or not aside, didn't an article come out a few weeks ago sharing info that Saddam purposely led the US and UN on that he had WMD's knowing there would be some type of consequence?

Yeah what he said. I love that level. :D

BigAls87Z28 02-15-2008 04:51 PM

Probably. He could have hoped that America would get caught in a quagmire, fighting a war on 2 fronts, a war that would never end. A Vietnam, an enemy of hit and run tactics, gurilea fighting. Fanatics pouring into Iraq to kill the western infidels. The longer we are there, the more they hate us. The more we put western companies and wester ideas into the heart of the Muslim world, the more the Fanatics are going to come out of the rafters.
Looks like Saddam got the last laugh.

bubba428 02-15-2008 04:54 PM

 @ COD4 clip HAHAHA I love that mission....

Blacdout96 02-15-2008 05:05 PM

johnjzjz 02-15-2008 05:33 PM

its the same way info gets distorted about who lied and who was not told the truth at the time -- something when it comes to the right the left is blind about and viza versa so mis informantion to someone is a LIE thats what i keepo reading -- jz

I doubt it. I'm not going to comment on the war but in places like Dubai they welcome Western business with open arms.

They welcome anyone who will buy thier stuff...yes.
They reject everything else, even our very existance in the Middle East. They dont say anything because of the business relationship.

Al, ill be Frank, You can talk till your blue, but you cant change peoples minds, or beliefs in this world of politics and war and such, Ive been there, but when peopel are brainwashed that war is good and such, you cant change them. let them believe what they want, if thats what makes them happy, to be blind of the truth, then so be it. One voice no longer makes a difference, this world has changed, and its sad to see the U.S. go down the drain in such a way.

bubba428 02-15-2008 08:15 PM

how do you know that your not the one who's been brain washed by the ******** on TV...you wouldn't your point is null, STFU. But you are correct that once somebodies mind is set you can't change it

And what is your basis for this? Do you know many businessmen that have gone to the UAE? This way of thinking is very short sighted.

Frosty 02-15-2008 09:14 PM

Screw Huckabee, the guy is another psycho religious nut. He thought people with AIDS should have been quarantined for Christ sake

It's a shame the political party I feel close with hides behind religion to justify discrimination.

and what do u think of WWII, why were we fighting germans in africa when we were attacked by japan? cause thats where the enemy was. and terrorists {remember them?) were in iraq becasue thats one of the places terrorists are. obviously they are else where but you can only focus on one area at a time. and no it wasnt saddam that was behind 9.11 is was bin laden. but does that mean saddam was a good man?

After we had declaired war on Japan, Germany declaired war on the US.
I dont recall any declaration of war signed by Saddam, causing us to scare for our freedom where U boats would be off the coast, in which there would be whole black outs on the shore so that the U boats didnt know exactly how close they were.
Saddam's navy didnt blow up several supply ships trying to get to England.
We attacked Germany in Africa based on a strategic manuver. The approach was set up by Churchill to attack the "soft underbelly" of Africa, Italy, and capture the southern part of Europe. From there, they could launch an attack on the "fortress" of Northern Europe, especially the coast of France.
To compare WWII to this quagmire of crap, an illegal invasion of a soverign nation that never directly attacked us, nor made any major military action towards the US or its allies is, on top of a half hearted war to get this country into a ferver by walking into the disaster of Afganastan only to cut all support and leave our troops there to fight a Taliban and alQuidea forces to DOUBLE in size since the invasion and growing has got to be the dumbest thing I have read on here since Wayfast signed up.
