Do You Modify Your Daily Driver??

Just outta curiosity, since most of us are "car people," do you mod your daily driver as well?
Personally, I can't leave anything stock; everything gets "personalized." ;) I added a bunch of stuff to my Cherokee over the last few years, including silver gauge overlays, new stereo/speakers, clear corner lights, 18" Dodge Magnum R/T rims and tires, Bilstein shocks, rear disc brakes pirated from a '97 Grand Cherokee, and rear seat headrests also pirated from the same Grand. And it'll get a Dynomax catback as soon as the OEM exhaust rots off. So, how 'bout you?? |

i modify cars i dont own! haha i hear that though. the need to be different!!!

yep...nothing stays stock in my hands

 considering f-body = DD, yes.

sure... but not for performance really. i have a parrot bluetooth hands free kit and a tow hitch in my saturn. thats all she gets :)

 yup

Nah, the project cars get the extra cash.

Once put a cheap ebay cone "cold air intake" filter directly on the throttle body of a suzuki sidekick...whole 3 cyclinders of fun!!

I modify pretty much everything. Here's my old Boston Whaler Rage jet boat. It had a Yamaha 650 engine and I found which power parts fit! It was rated at 50 hp stock and probably 75-80 after the mods! That boat ran so much better after modifying it.

Gotta mod the DD at least a little bit. Lightning = modded
GTP = modded a little Next DD = keep it stock (well stock the way the previous owner sold it to me 472rwhp  ) |

I always stay im gonna leave my DD stock, but that NEVER happens.

Theres nothing to modify! The S10 is a good daily driver, and if I did anything it would be apperance wise, but I can't justify the money.

My DD is a friggin woods truck. So far from stock between 36in mud tires and a flatbed its rediculous.

my jeep has newer rims, dynomax cat back exhaust and a K&N filter in a modified air box.

I've done mods to my Cavvy that are supposed to increase mpg, but none of them f'n work...:-x

now Steve you know the answer to that one.

 Trying too...

after i bought my camaro i completely stopped doing work to my honda...just routine maintence is all...if i do modify my honda is stuff that i could use..like a new headunit, ipod attatchment, stuff like that, and no appearance mods like clear tail lights (which equal speed btw), lip kits blah blah

duhhh! the 95 Z28 was bone stock when i bought it, since buying it and modding the crap outa it the 88 has taken a back seat, big time lol

 Yep. GTP is my DD.

I added the Coke stain mod, the donut sprinkle mod, the dusty dash cover mod and the too-many-CD's-in-the-door-pouch mod.
I just -can't- keep my cars stock. |

Of course, what kind of world would this be if you DIDN'T modify your primary vehicle? Its great to have 5 cars to choose out of & only modify one, however I would always make that one the one I drive the most ;)
