go to best buy today to buy call of duty world at war for xbox 360. get home tonight after the gym, bout to play it, open it out of the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, not cut, or anything, perfectly fine. open it to find NO GAME in there. its just the plastic box, with the instruction manual.

anybody have this problem before?

i already know whats going to happen, im going to go to best buy and they are going to say i took it out and now im saying theres no game in there. called up customer service and they redirected me to an office thats CLOSED. RETARDS.

YES! I went and bought rainbow six vegas 2 for ps3 from circuit city and came home and opened it and no damn game!!!!!

how did you resolve it? did you get a game? this is pissing me off.

i know they are going to accuse me of stealing this crap. i bet the cd guy took a day off...or some inside theft going on..

They let me get another game, make sure you still have the plastic wrap from the game.

did you have to call customer service or did you walk right into the store

How is any of that Best Buy's fault? Did they package it? No. Did they deny you exchange? No. At least wait until you take it back for an exchange before you whine.

id flip ****. im very impatient with that kinda stuff. i always need to open it right away.

not 100% true, if they have a shrink wrapper, an employee can unrap it, steal the game, and shrink wrap it back up without anyone ever knowing. i work at a gamestop (unfortunately lol, but if you ever want to go to a gamestop with normal people, that really dont play video games, gamestop in the roxbury mall is the place to go :wink:), and i have never seen a new game come in from shipment and not have a disc in it

best buy is pretty good with exchanges. ive never had a problem with them.

maybe thats why there still in buisness and circiut city isnt...

thats what i was thinking...i know alot of douches that work at best buy...really shady people, and call of duty world at war is a really popular game with youth right now. first thing that came to mind was employee theft. but im heading there now to hopefully resolve it..

if its not resolved then ill whine in a little bit.

update: went to best buuy, guy who helped me was pretty cool. actually said 2 other people called up that morning saying they had the same problem. they let me exchange it. good stuff.
