trying to break a ten bolt....

3.73's in there. sticky bfg's on salad shooters. steel driveshaft. 2800 midwest stall in the slightly built 4l60e. bolt on motor. maybe h/c  think i can do it?

LTb1ow 03-29-2009 04:33 PM

Nah you will be fine, just bring it to the track.

sweetbmxrider 03-29-2009 04:43 PM

where else would i bring it? pff keepin it legal son!

LTb1ow 03-29-2009 04:44 PM

Ok, you should also spray off the line. Your ten bolt will last forever.

madness410 03-29-2009 05:03 PM

why are u trying to break it?

..and whats an itiod?

69BirdX 03-29-2009 05:08 PM

Im waiting to blow my 4l60. My bet is this season. I imagine who ever had my car before blew the 10bolt becauase the put a moser 12 bolt in it.

NJSPEEDER 03-29-2009 05:21 PM

Considering the number of stock cars on street tires I have seen blast 10 bolts over the years, I would say you pretty much have it covered.

yet i, the queen of destruction, can't seem to kill one with a 6 speed. wtf mate.

its possible, but might actually last a while behind an auto.

LTb1ow 03-29-2009 05:34 PM

You should throw some 4.56s in there and get a 3600 stall. The ten bolt will last forever so its safe.

sweetbmxrider 03-29-2009 06:38 PM

very true. so many ideas!

NJ Torque 03-29-2009 06:45 PM

LTb1ow 03-29-2009 07:01 PM

How much is left on the BFGs?

NJ Torque 03-29-2009 07:05 PM

new or old style?

sweetbmxrider 03-29-2009 07:26 PM

Hell, let Ron BREATHE on the 10 bolt. That should do it.

LTb1ow 03-29-2009 09:42 PM

We could just skip to the end, and hit it with hammers.

NJ346 03-29-2009 09:49 PM

It's an LT1, it'll last forever, now if it was the ls1....

LTb1ow 03-29-2009 09:51 PM

100 shot, and then a second stage 200 shot.
