Thursday Car Meets in Edge water
 

Hey guys, dont know if anyone goes to the car show in Edge Water. Not exactly sure what the street name is but its in the parking lot of the B&N and starbucks. Went last week and the turnout isnt that bad. Wondering if anyone is going this week...mayb try and get an F-Bodies Section

A bunch of people around here wanna go there. I don't mind going, but there is a lot of ricers. I've been to a few of those meets in Jersey and there wasn't any domestic cars there, lol. There was a 300M that had SRT badges on it that was about it. I'll see if anyone will wanna go.

Be prepared to get tickets. I've gone a few times in my daily drivers and although they are nice to watch there is a heavy police presence that doesn't look kindly on people hanging out there.

AMEN ^^^^ I got a ticket for driving from my parking spot into the parking spot in front of me. that's illegal.......arggggggggg

its usually not to bad...usually tickets to stupid civics with blue headlights and 9 inch muffler tips...usually a good range of cars...n e where from civic to a few porsches...bmx's...usually like 5 or 6 vettes go...and the end of last year a few guys showed up with GT-R's...im prob gona go if n e 1 else is goin let me know

I went down there two times last summer, and it was packed both times. I didn't have any trouble with the PD, but I have a Collector Inspection sticker, and I'm 35. :grampsch:

The only bad thing for me is that I will run into a lot of current and former students, since I teach at a HS pretty close to there.

im thinking of going if its nice...my first night off in a long while!! if anyone is going let me know or come say whatsup!

lol its even more wierd to go to a bar with your old DARE officers!! my girl works at one of the schools in the next town over... and now she goes out with her former teachers lol

Eh some of my kids already know I have a wild side on the weekends, I accidentally ran into a few over the summer at a Dunkin Donuts extremely inebriated one Saturday night :lol:

went tonight.... the lot to the outback was filled.... some nice camaros and birds there... the cops dont ticket unless your doing a wheelie on a bike or a burnout.... other then that we drove past 5 cops in there with a loud car and didnt get bothered....

Anyone want to cruise in next week then? We could meet somewhere like Clifton on Rt.3.

PIP is to far North and in the opposite direction for a majority of us.

Lame ass... PIP is 5 min from me :( HAHAH!

And its only 5 min from edgewater...
