Tell me if you can spot the little problem?

Well this morning me and my dad walked out at the same time. I was on the way to get the gf to go to school and he was going to work. He started to drive then stopped. He backed up and i saw the problem right away.
Never hit a curb or anything. tires are fairly new i guess the cords snapped over time or defect. maybe a pothole had done this a while ago and she finally let loose. What brand tire is that?
	 |

Yeah I kind of wanted to see it pop lol but its a good year tire.
	 |

i have never seen a tire bubble that big lol holy hell...looks like a basketball
	 |

Yeah haha I was like oh crap my neighbors basket ball is stuck between the tire and shock, then he rolled back and I saw it was the tire.

This happens when the inner liner of the tire is damaged/cut. For a "prograde" which is a 10 ply "E" load range tire to do this... Is very hard to believe.
Let me know if you need help warrantying the tire. |

that is so narly its grossing me out

The Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors in the "Pro-Grade" tire doing that? Thats hard to do on any 10 ply tire...much less on that car. As said, only way for this to happen is a cut on the inside, causing air to be trapped into teh sidewall. In other news...I loved those tires |

Yeah good tires but this one could be a bad one
	 |

Goodyear has a pretty heavy warranty system for that too. I believe the SA's even have 24 hr off-road road-side for 2 years.

 thats pretty impressive

Not to tug on the Nutz of GM...but you knowz I gots to do it.
Ford's all new (third all new diesel engine in 5 years) 6.7 is less powerful then GM's upgraded DMax. The GM trucks are the most powerful and haul the most weight. New Dmax is 395/765. Ford is 3XX/735? Its teh lamerz, and Ford cheats on its hauling numbers a bit. Since the SD trucks weigh a lot more then GM trucks, they can inflate thier figure a bit more, but GM went back and jacked up the rating to beat them. GM makes the baddest truck for the last half a decade. |

If you're going to whore GM at least try to be somewhat relevant to the thread. That's just spam. :p

well i knew you'd come in with some info lol but i'm not trying to say ford is all that. i know they have some problems and all. i don't really like the new front on the 2011. but yeah i believe it.

He talked about buying a 2011 SD Ford, I just wanted to correct him, thassall!
Even with a nail going sideways, GY still covers the tire and install if I remember correctly. Try selling Road Hazard on those tires was a pita. |
