yes that's with bolts! NJ torque Is supposed to pick up bumpers tonight maybe If you know him he could grab them for you. I could have dropped off last Sat I was at Island racing.

Both bumpers were just picked up hope they get home in good shape he put them in a camaro! I was amazed they went in thanks again !:facepalm:
