LTb1ow 10-04-2012 08:50 PM

Why.

PolarBear 10-04-2012 08:54 PM

Why not? Got it for a really good price. Has the rare fold down rear seat and it is PERFECT! Found a couple tool boxes in the trunk, its already starting to pay for its self!

I have faith in you, but this isn't a junkyard. This is a garage

This'll end well

BonzoHansen 10-04-2012 09:03 PM

yeah a 68 fastback, junk. This is a SHELL ONLY and it is already more than what I paid for a complete running car 8-)

1320B4U 10-04-2012 09:08 PM

I dig it...just don't put a skyline motor in it hiroshi.

V 10-04-2012 09:08 PM

Not bad, good luck with it

Are you calling me hiroshi:?:

Oh and the car is not completely rusted out underneath. It does have a few problem spots, but its not bad

1994lt1 10-04-2012 09:15 PM

I for one support this purchase haha. That car has some potential for sure.

PolarBear 10-04-2012 09:19 PM

289 engine with an auto, Front disc brakes and the fold down rear seat, has a few rare options from my understanding

1320B4U 10-04-2012 09:20 PM

1st name that came to mind....what are your plans for it?

The Fixer 10-04-2012 09:27 PM

Eleanor!!!! :) :) :) :)

Good luck with the latest project, looks and sounds like it has potential!

Mike 10-04-2012 09:35 PM

Sell/finish one?

Lt1_8U 10-04-2012 09:46 PM

A couple of Nissan SR20's would pull a premium one week before race wars.

I said a 10 second car not a 10 minute car. You can tow it across the line or uh push it.

88WS-6 10-05-2012 04:32 AM

Looks cool. Plans?

MyFirstZ 10-05-2012 06:04 AM

13' gt500 motor and makes the red devils cousin!

Someone has to do it

The_Bishop 10-05-2012 06:38 AM

Might have to overnite some parts from Japan.

HardcoreZ28 10-05-2012 06:48 AM

Looks like it needs a passenger quarter and a front valance....what's so bad about that? I don't know what you paid for it but it's a killer car...nice buy. I'm not a Mustang guy but I would pick up one of those fastbacks in a heartbeat given the opportunity.

If you start looking for parts try calling Mark at Jersey Shore Mustangs...great local guy based out of Bridgewater. Tell him I sent you.

BigAls87Z28 10-05-2012 06:48 AM

I also support the purchase. Friggin love those style Mustangs. They are by far the best looking Mustangs of all time by a far and a wide margin.

With that said...What's a drift?
