I hate valentines day
 

Valentines day is coming up soon and I can't wait for it to be over with! Of all the holidays, I hate this one the most. Maybe its the fact that I've never had a valentine on valentines day :( . Or maybe its because I am in a bad mood these days :x . Either way, I can not wait until the 15th. :evil:

Just try and pretend it doesnt exist. Thats what Ive been doing for the past year.

i second that .... all it is is a halmark holiday aimed at women....hmmmmmm i wonder y xmas and valentines is whe the most suicides happen and most counciling is needed?

ditto!.....but o well all the girls on my floor are already talking about stuff for their boyfriends and stufff they hope he does and sutff....i mean while it must be nice to recieve something from an admirer or boyfriend......i wouldnt know and every year it STILL sucks to hear bout the gifts or acctually see it happen. i know for a fact that my roommate will get something sent to her or have her bf acctaully show up.....he sent this big bouquet of roses and other flowers :flower: and a bear for her bday..made me sad.....cuz that too has never happened to me.....

v-day is just one of those days you just have to live with...sad and ****** as it is for the singles..... :roll: just have to try and forget about it and ignore the surroundings.

This is my first Valentines Day single in two years. Luckily I'll be at school all day till 8:30pm, so I can keep my mind off of it. It will be nice keeping that Dozen roses and dinner money though :lol:

I too hate valentines day. Full of false hopes and the like. I've also never had a valentine on valentines day, EVER. It makes me feel sick to my stomach when it comes anyway. Let's have a party instead.hahahaha

a valentines day party would be fun....we can invite everyone then kick people out that look happy. :lol:

Another bogus holiday(not really a holiday) that is pumped up by marketing people. Â*The only thing that bugs me is all the idiots walking around with valentines stuff. Â*It's so :gheyfigh: Grow up and get a life! Â*Oh yeah, don't forget to buy stock in Hallmark this week and sell it on 2/14 while it's maxxed out.

I'll agree with Valentine's Day being a Hallmark Holiday. Last year was the first year in about 5 years that I didn't have a girlfriend for it. Instead of being miserable at home all night, I went to the gym and was miserable there until they kicked me out at closing. God that was a great workout!

This year I have a new girlfriend and damn it if Valentine's Day isn't going to make me blow my whole budget for the month. Someone should find this supposed Saint Valentine and kick his azz!

I vote that the day be moved to February 29 so we don't have to put up with it EVERY damn year!

Ignore Valentines Day. Enjoy your hobbies, your freedom and your friends. Don't dwell over not having a girlfriend / fiance' / wife. February 14th is just another day for most people. For those of us who are married, its even more money poured into something other than a fun hobby.

Quit yer bitchin and just order the next bolt-on for your car as a consolation gift. In the long run, you're better off. :wink:
