36" Bobcat lawn mower

I had this mower advertised once before, but 90% of the peope who contacted me wanted it running first, So... last fall I did a full tune up on it and now it runs. And then I figured I'd wait until spring to try to sell it again.

It's an old 36" Ransomes Bobcat mower. (I think early to mid 90s)
Kohler Command Pro 15hp motor, pull start.
Last used around 2005.

Price is $350
OR make me a fair offer, I need this gone.

One tire is very worn and the other is flat since the bead is off the rim.
Would need belts since they are dry and stiff.
Motor-to-trans belt is stiff so engine drive pulley just spins as of right now
The main frame is very solid, some rust on the deck but still decently solid.
The hand controls may need a cotter pin or two.


Work recently done:
oil change
oil filter
carb rebuild kit installed
new fuel line
new fuel filter
new gas cap
new spark plug
new air filter
new air pre-filter
new pull cord rope

If paid for first in full, I will gladly deliver the mower within a reasonable distance at no extra charge.
