If it can wait a month or so ill have the 350tpi out of my 3rd gen... just did some work on it and it runs excellent with 94xxx miles. if your interested hit me up in pms.

ive got a 350 with a small cam, roller chain, milled heads with 2.02 valves, and a weiand intake.

its a 9.5:1 pump gas motor
