talked to the luckiest guy yesterday
 

at burger king i saw this 67 rs ss roll up right lookes stock well the guy comes in and i started talking to him cuz he parked right next to my z and we were talking and he told me that he won the car at a raffle he paid 103 $ for 12 tickets in an auto trader raffle thing he said what the hell he was like i might as well he wasent expecting to wim and he did but he had it i forgot how long but he is selling it for 15 supposed to be mostly all original and it needs comen resto work but it was soooooooooo nice i wish i had 15 grand it would be mine but it seemed aliitle high of a price

Actually, I know a guy who won a 1970 Chevelle SS454 convertible in a raffle a couple of years ago.

i dont think thats all that high for an rs/ss... my ex has a 67 rs/ss in BEAUTIFUL shape. he has the original engine and trans, but a 383 with a glide are in it right now, car runs high 11s with no problem n/a. he was offered over $30k for it and refused it.

But uhh, yeah, that guy is probably one of the luckiest guys around.. just over 100 bucks for a car that nice. Wish my luck was like that :)

Yup, a real one. But he had to get the motor rebuilt the first year he had it so it wasn't exactly a free car to drive around in without problems. Still a pretty cool prize to win.
