Anybody know where I can get a MAP sensor?

I looked everywhere and can't find a MAP Sensor for a 350TPI (L98). Any ideas where I can find one?

NAPA, Autozone, R&S Strauss, Parts America, Gm Dealerships, Local Garage.......... pretty much anywhere. gm used the same map sensor for nearly every n/a application for about 15years.

J-yard... MAP sensors I've picked up that have worked = 10, sensors that haven't worked = 0. Are you sure it's the MAP sensor or do you just not have one?

The car I got (courtesy of tastyle88) has a pinging/timing issue, but threw a code 34 which is MAPS Low Voltage/High Vacc , so mind as well replace it.

Can somebody give me a hand finding this ****ing thing? I've spent a good 45 minutes trying to look for it. Maybe a picture with a circle to where Im suppose to look... that will help alot.

The map sensor on my '87 is on a bracket bolted to the driver's side firewall. There are 4 or 5 sensors/relays/whatever there, but the map is the only one with a vaccum line attached to it.

Hope that helps....

Well, according to some ppl on third gen, there is no MAP sensor in an 87 L98. It uses the MAF... so why the **** am I getting a code 34??!
