Dealing with Insurance

i am sitting here filling out a mountain of forms from my insurance company. i know they have to get all teh info and make sure everything is perfectly in order. i just wonder why i have to write and draw out accident descriptions on 3 different forms.
then there is the medical stuff, which i do not understand at all. they pay part of some thing with a co-pay for another thing and a percentage max of a dollar amount. i took at least 6 accounting classes in college and i have no idea what they hell they are saying they will pay. not that it matters since all of this is going to go to the insurance company of teh ******* who hit me anyway.
somebody needs to stop by with a few 6packs and a good explanation of exactly what any of this **** means. lol

no one ever truly understands that stuff - and, of course, that is by design.
